General Assets Module

The General Assets module deals with all Local Government assets that are not specifically covered by other Moloney modules. Its primary focus is asset valuation, but there is capacity to store a wide range of general asset information.

Typically the module could cover assets such as the following

  • Fleet
  • Office Equipment
  • Information Technology Assets
  • Buildings
  • Parks and Recreation Assets

Financial Modelling - Renewal Gap Module

The Financial Modelling Module delivers whole of asset group level renewal demand predictions on a 20 and 50 year basis.

It also combines with 2 other files to provide the "Renewal Gap" Software suite

The model has 2 basic paths

  • It predicts future renewal demand based on a desired level of service or intervention level
  • It predicts future asset condition based upon a proposed level of renewal expenditure

There are 3 downloadable files below. The first 2 cover the latest N2 Version of the software and the prior N1 Version.

Roads Module

The Roads Module sits in an Excel format and is driven by visual basic programming
It is also available in a Microsoft SQL version as (RoadAsyst) which also can include a maintenance and inspection facility with built in GIS functionality. (contact us for more details).

Storm Water Module - Last Updated 29/1/2010

The Storm Water Module deals with the underground drainage assets and treats the assets as a series of pipe segments with a pit at each end.

The module is excel based with visual basic programming and delivers asset valuations and a number of asset reports. It allows you to value the assets based on their age or an inspection condition.

The Waste Water Module deals with Sewer assets and
treats the assets as a series of pipe segments with a pit at each end. It is essentially a renamed Storm Water Module.

The module is excel based with visual basic programming and delivers
asset valuations and a number of asset reports. It allows you to value
the assets based on their age or an inspection condition.

The Water Supply Module deals with the water reticulation assets. It covers water pipe assets as well as ancillary and associated assets such as valves, fire plugs etc.

It is Excel based with Visual Basic Programming and delivers the following

  • A register or inventory of assets
  • Asset Valuations
  • A variety of asset Management reports
