Improvements to the Funding Scenario Finder

To all Moloney Modelling software users Our funding scenario finder was added to the Modelling software some time ago. It can optimise renewal spending between multiple data sets in one simple operation. The latest update to the model now include a new sheet within the "ModelAll" file that explains how the scenario finder works.
