Improvements to Modelling "Scenario Finder"

To all Moloney Modelling software users Our funding scenario finder was added to the Modelling software some time ago. It can optimise renewal spending between multiple data sets in one simple operation. The latest update to the model now includes a new sheet within the "ModelAll" file that explains how the scenario finder works. It also shows how to set it up for multiple data sets by setting the desired extent of over intervention assets as a number of years worth of average annual consumption (or in accounting terms the number of years worth of annual depreciation). In this way assets with vastly different service lives are treated equally.
