We will be posting out an annual software maintenance and upgrade account to all current licence holders for Modules of the Moloney asset management software in early July.
If you require the details of a purchase order to be contained on the invoice it would be greatly appreciated if you could send these details to us by July 1st.
The annual maintenance and software upgrade fees will be the same as last year and as detailed below.
Cost of Maintenance Agreement for 2021 - 2022
The cost of the maintenance agreement depends upon the modules that you are licensed for as well as the ones you wish to participate in. Annual maintenance rates have been set at the following levels for 2021 - 2022 and are exclusive of GST
- Roads Module $600 + GST = $660
- Bridges Module $200 + GST = $220
- Storm water and Waste water $200 + GST = $220
- Water Supply $100 + GST = $110
- General assets module $100 + GST = $110
- Financial Modelling and renewal gap $400 + GST = $440
Maintenance costs do vary annually but they have been around these levels for several years now.
