Just to let you know that I will be posting out our software maintenance accounts for 2022 - 2023 in early July
If you require me to include a Purchase order numbe on the account could you please get it to me by the end of the month and I will then include the details on the account.
The fees will remain the same as last year as detailed below.
Cost of Maintenance Agreement
The cost of the maintenance agreement depends upon the modules that you are licensed for as well as the ones you wish to participate in. Annual maintenance rates have been set at the following levels for 2020 – 2021 and are exclusive of GST
- Roads Module $600 + GST = $660
- Bridges Module $200 + GST = $220
- Storm water and Waste water $200 + GST = $220
- Water Supply $100 + GST = $110
- General assets module $100 + GST = $110
- Financial Modelling and renewal gap $400 + GST = $440
