To all Moloney software users
It is coming up to the end of the financial year and I will be posting out my invites to participate in our annual software upgrade and maintenance agreement for the upcoming financial year in July.
If you require me to have a purchase order number on the invoice that I send out with the invite, could you please arrange to get it to me prior to the end of this financial year.
Rates will be the same as last year and are as detailed below.
The cost of the maintenance agreement depends upon the modules that you are licensed for as well as the ones you wish to participate in. Annual maintenance rates have been set at the following levels for several years and are exclusive of GST
- Roads Module $600 + GST = $660
- Bridges Module $200 + GST = $220
- Storm water and Waste water $200 + GST = $220
- Water Supply $100 + GST = $110
- General assets module $100 + GST = $110
- Financial Modelling and renewal gap $400 + GST = $440
I do stress that the maintenance agreement is vouuntery but it does entitle you to free software upgrades as they are released as well as telephone and email support for 12 months with the software.
One other quick update. We have struck up a relationship with Shepherd Services in Qld. They have expertise in areas such as linking the condition data sets to a GIS system, provision of HD photos linked to the GIS system and electronic roughness measurement as well as many other services. These functions can greatly enhanse our existing survey information with some such as the HD photos almost becoming mandatory.
